Our story…

I'm running for my father, Mike Sheff, grandfather, Gerry Sheff, and all of the other family members, friends and Canadians who have chosen to serve our country. Be it having a loved one on a peacekeeping tour, serving in wars, or the long term physical and mental effects of PTSD, our family experienced the harsh realities of military service. Support our troops and Soldier On support causes that are near and dear to me.

This year I'll be running the 5k and aiming for a PB and a top-5 age group finish! Anyone is welcome to join the team for a run at this great event, or donate if you can! I appreciate all of your support for all the Canadian military families and veterans in need.
