Our story…

The Calgary Highlanders (10th Canadians) are participating both virtually and in-person for the 2026  Cada Army Run.  in 2025 the team raised over $18,000 for these two incredible charities that help our fellow soldiers, veterans, and their families.  

Once again we are raising money in the name of a dear friend, Cpl (Ret'd) Damien Stanley, who is bravely fighting his own personal battle with cancer and is unable to run with us.  He was an integral part to the creation of the Calgary Highlanders run team and to our success in 2025.  He has consistently been a top fundraisier for the Canadian Army run and we are steadfast in our commitment to him to carry on his passion and change the lives of all who serve.  This year we dedicate our fundraising efforts to him and his selfless spirit and hope you will help support our goal.
