This year I’m taking on a 10KM run in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association. Mental health is something that touches all of us in one way or another and I wanted to be part of supporting awareness, resources and access to care for those who may be struggling.

I’m running for RVH. Will you help me cross the finish line?
I’m taking part in the Honda Waterfront Run Barrie to raise money for Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH), our regional health centre here in Simcoe Muskoka.
Our communities are growing fast, and more people need advanced, specialized care. Too often, families still have to travel or wait longer for the care they need. Your donation helps RVH bring advanced technology, faster answers, and life-changing treatment closer to home.
