Help us raise money

For participating in Honda Waterfront Run Barrie

Our story…

Hey friends and family! This spring, my whole family is lacing up together for a 10K run because ALS has touched our lives in a way we’ll never forget. We’ve seen how this disease steals tomorrows from families like ours, and we refuse to stand by. Watching someone you love slowly lose the ability to walk, talk, hug, or even smile changes you forever. ALS is relentless — it attacks the nerves that control muscles, and right now there is still no cure. But here’s what gives us hope: every single dollar raised goes straight to ALS Society of Canada, funding critical research, helping families with equipment and care, and supporting the warriors who are still fighting today. That’s why we’re running as a family — kids, parents, grandparents, the whole crew — turning our steps into something bigger than ourselves. We can’t do this alone. Whether you can give $10, $25, or just share our page, you become part of our team. Your support means more research, more hope, and one day.

Description

We’re running for RVH. Will you help our team reach the finish line?

Our team is taking part in the Honda Waterfront Run Barrie to raise money for Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH), our regional health centre here in Simcoe Muskoka.

Our communities are growing fast, and more people need advanced, specialized care. Too often, families still have to travel or wait longer for the care they need. Your donation helps RVH bring advanced technology, faster answers, and life-changing treatment closer to home.

We’re stronger together, on the course and in our community. Support a team member or give to our team. Every dollar helps build the healthcare our region deserves.

Thank you for helping us Keep Life Wild!
