Food4Kids Toronto

Food4Kids Toronto is dedicated to ensuring children in our community have access to the food they need to thrive.

Rooted in our commitment to dignity, consistency, and care, we provide nutritious food packages to children facing food insecurity, helping bridge the gap when school-based supports aren’t available.

Together with our network of volunteers, donors, and community partners, we’re supporting children across Toronto today and working toward a future where no child goes hungry.

By joining our run/walk, you’ll directly support:

• Weekend Food Programs that provide bags of nutritious, child-friendly food to kids with limited access to meals outside of school
• Consistent access to healthy food, helping improve focus, energy, and overall well-being
• Expansion to reach more schools and communities, ensuring no child is left behind

Event Details:

• 5KM Run/Walk: Saturday, October 17th at 9:00am (families + strollers welcome!)
• Virtual Option: Participate from anywhere
• Challenge yourself: The TCS Toronto Marathon offers Half, or Full Marathon options — join any race and fundraise with us

Together, we’re helping children across Toronto start their week nourished, focused, and ready to learn — while building a stronger, more food-secure community for the future.

• Join an existing team or create your own with friends, family, or colleagues
