My Story…
As I prepare for another starting line, this year feels different.
A lot has happened since my run last year. Changes I never expected, unpredictable, beyond our control, and, quite frankly, things many of us would rather not deal with.
At times, these changes have made me feel vulnerable and hopeless. They have made me stop and question myself: What’s next?
We may not be able to control all the changes happening around us, but we can control how we respond. We can choose to care. We can choose to support one another. We can create opportunities. And we can do our part to leave something better for those who come after us.
