On October 18, I’ll be lacing up my shoes to run in the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon as part of the HF Care team! I’m participating to support HF Care's work to create culturally rooted opportunities for people to improve their well-being, including outdoor/active programming that we're hosting this fall to get people up and moving!
