We are from all parts of the HF Care community participating in the Toronto Waterfront Marathon on October 17-18—running not just for ourselves, but for our community. Mental health is at the core of everything we do, and we know firsthand the impact it has on the individuals and families we serve. By running together, we can start conversations, break down stigma, and support those who need it most. Whether it’s by cheering us on, sharing our mission, or making a donation, you can be part of this journey with us.
