Help Emma raise money

My inspiration comes from my cousin’s son, who experienced a near-fatal bike crash at the age of 8 that left him permanently blind after suffering a brain injury. Despite everything, nothing has stopped him—he is now one of Queensland’s schools top athletes, pursuing and smashing athletics goals with incredible determination and courage. Watching his resilience has been truly inspiring. 
During the months of rehab and countless touch-and-go moments, the staff at SEQ RMHC provided my cousin with comfort, support, and a safe place to stay while focusing on her son’s recovery. Their care and compassion made an enormous difference during such a challenging time. 
When I arrived in Townsville from the UK and saw a role with RMHC North Australia, I knew I had to join this organisation. Being part of RMHC allows me to support families who, like my cousin, face overwhelming challenges and need someone to stand beside them. 
Participating in this fun run is my way of giving back, and every donation will help ensure families in need here on North Australia receive the same care and support that made such a difference to my cousin and family.
