My Story…
In 2013, I was told I would never walk again, let alone run. I broke my neck in a freestyle skiing accident, which left me temporarily paralyzed from the neck down. My recovery to this point has taken years and years of work. I still can't fully feel my legs or hands and suffer from pain and other symptoms of a spinal cord injury, but I am VERY lucky I get to run. I don't take my strides for granted and am grateful every day.
