BC Cancer Foundation is a charity that lives close to my heart, as I have had multiple family members diagnosed with, and pass away from, various forms of Cancer. I hope to one day live in a world where we are able to prevent cancers, and have more early detection methods available to seek treatment faster - especially as we more forms of cancers affecting adults under the age of 50.
Our team page is Cactus Club Cafe Nanaimo - we have a group of our staff that is also running in the race and participating in fundraising efforts so we can make a difference in our community and society!
