My Story…

In October, I’ll be running the Victoria Marathon in support of NEED2 Suicide Prevention Education and Support in honour of someone incredibly special to me. She had a special way of making people feel seen and understood and never shied away from being open about her struggles. Her courage, compassion, and commitment to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health continue to inspire me. This run is for her, and for anyone who needs the reminder that they are not alone.
