Help Shelley raise money

This October, I’m running the RVM 8K in support of Children’s Health Foundation of Vancouver Island—a cause close to my heart. CHFVI helps Island families get the care their children need, whether that means a place to stay, travel support, or vital medical equipment. This race is especially meaningful because it’s the first one my son, Erich, will run with me—and I have no doubt he’ll leave me in the dust. Sharing my love of running with my family makes this moment even more special.
