Help Shannon raise money

Since the inception of KMS4CARE, I’ve done my best to reach my fundraising goal and hit my 35 kms. And, it seems, every year I start the journey already a little broken. 😂

This year? A torn meniscus.

Well … technically, it was a torn meniscus last year too. It just wasn’t diagnosed until this year. As we know, that’s the way these things roll. 😉

That said… I’m still doing this!

This time, with a little help from my physiotherapist. LOL. There may be some walking laps in a pool involved. 🏊‍♀️🚶‍♀️

Because it’s worth it. Every. Last. Snap. Of. My. Knee.

I’ll be raising funds to support the people who call Nigel House home ... and specifically, their desperate need for a new bus.

We cannot take mobility for granted. That includes being able to get out and about in the community, experience new things, visit familiar places, and simply have the freedom to hit the open road. 🚌❤️

As always, I am forever grateful for your support, encouragement, donations, and general willingness to cheer me on while I question my life choices.
