Since 1975, The Mustard Seed has been caring for neighbours in Greater Victoria experiencing hardship.
With food insecurity rising across our region, more individuals, seniors, and families are turning to us for support. Today, we assist over 65,000 people each month through our food bank, meal programs, and food distribution centre.
By joining together as a team for the Royal Victoria Marathon, we are helping provide groceries, prepared meals, and hope to those who need it most.

$50 provides two pre-made emergency hampers
$100 supports a 60 lb personal food bank visit
