Help Crystal raise money

Do I run? Not really…Only on Fridays when I get sucked into it. 

Am I fast? I can squeeze out 3.8 k in 30 min …. So that’s a definitive no 😂

Will I finish? Absolutely! I’m all for supporting a great cause and challenging myself to something new! 

Why Autism Ontario?  Assisting a myriad of individuals with Autism has given me a love and appreciation for the unique perspective and joy that those on the spectrum bring to the world, as well as a bit of an understanding of the challenges they encounter on a daily basis. Despite greater awareness there is still much work to be done to support these individuals and their families. I’m happy to help support this cause in any measure. 🩵🧩
