For me, supporting others is one of the most meaningful things we can do, and I believe exercise is a powerful way to lead by example for the next generation. As I prepare for the Vancouver Triathlon, I’m proud to race in support of Big Brothers, a charity that helps young people find guidance, confidence, and opportunity in both sport and life.
