The Arc’s mission is to empower people with disabilities to believe in their own unique abilities and achieve their full potential by providing quality, innovative services that focus on advocacy, inclusion, independence, employment, meaningful community life, and personal happiness. We were founded in 1952. We currently have 20 group homes, a host home, community day programing, assistive technologies and community Employment services to support the more than 400 individuals (many 24/7) supported annually.
