Volunteer with Us – Light Up the Night for Noelle (Chatham)
Light Up the Night for Noelle is more than a race—it’s a community coming together to support local students through Noelle’s Gift. And none of it happens without our incredible volunteers.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to help make race night safe, fun, and unforgettable. Whether you’re cheering runners, helping behind the scenes, or supporting participants at the finish line, your time makes a real impact.
🎓 High School Volunteer Hours Available
This event qualifies for high school community involvement hours. We’re happy to sign forms and confirm hours after your shift.
Volunteer Roles Needed
Registration & Check-In – Welcome participants, hand out race packages, and help set the tone for the night
Course Marshals – Help direct runners and walkers, cheer them on, and ensure course safety
Water Station Crew – Set up, hand out water, and keep participants hydrated
Bike Marshals - Be fit enough to ride a bike around the course to ensure runners are safe and on the right course.
Finish Line Support – Hand out medals, assist participants, and celebrate their finish
Setup Crew – Help with tents, signage, start/finish area, and pre-race logistics
Teardown Crew – Help pack up equipment and signage after the event wraps up.
No experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help. Volunteers will receive clear instructions, support from our race team, and the satisfaction of knowing their efforts directly support students in the Chatham-Kent community.
If you want to give back, earn volunteer hours, or just be part of something special—this is your chance.
