🏃🏾♂️ 26.2 Miles. $750. One Cause Worth Running For.
This November, I’m taking on the Philadelphia Marathon — 26.2 miles of questionable life choices, tired legs, and hopefully a very happy finish line. 😅
But this run is about more than earning another medal.
I’m running with Team MAF to support the Maternal Alloimmunization Foundation, an organization helping families affected by maternal alloimmunization and Hemolytic Disease of the Fetus and Newborn (HDFN) — a rare but potentially serious pregnancy complication.
My goal is to raise $750 by November 13, and I’d love your help getting there.
Think of it this way: if 30 people give $25, we’re done. If 75 people give $10, also done. And if somebody is feeling extremely generous and wants to save me from sending fundraising reminders… I will happily accept that too. 😂
Every donation helps turn these 26.2 miles into greater awareness, advocacy, resources, and support for families who need it.

I’m running Philadelphia Marathon Weekend with Team MAF to support families affected by maternal alloimmunization and HDFN.
Maternal alloimmunization happens when a pregnant person develops antibodies that can attack a baby’s red blood cells. This can lead to hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn, or HDFN, a serious condition that can cause severe anemia, jaundice, NICU stays, blood transfusions and in the most heartbreaking cases, loss.
The Maternal Alloimmunization Foundation supports families through education, advocacy, care packages, patient resources and community support. Their work helps families feel less alone and helps raise awareness around a condition that too many people have never heard of until they are facing it themselves.
Every mile I run is for these babies and families.
