My Story…
This November, I am taking on 26.2 miles at the Philadelphia Marathon, but I’m not running alone. I am running every single mile in memory of my sweet boy, Boomer, who we heartbreakingly lost to spleen cancer back in 2024.
To fight back, I have joined the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) charity team, proudly running with "Team Philly Fight Club." My goal is to raise $750 to fund the science that will eventually wipe out cancer for both humans and the pets we love.
