Running for More Than a Finish Line
This November, the First Step Staffing team is lacing up for the Philadelphia Marathon Weekend — and every mile we run is dedicated to the people who are fighting every day for a chance to THRIVE.
First Step Staffing is a nonprofit staffing agency with a simple but powerful belief: a job is more than a paycheck. It's dignity. It's stability. It's hope. Right here in Philadelphia, First Step employed nearly 3,000 people last year — including 1,904 individuals experiencing homelessness and 402 justice-impacted individuals — and provided more than 56,000 rides to and from work so that showing up was never the barrier.
