On September 20th, lace up your running shoes and hit the pavement for mental health! Whether you're an experienced runner or just starting out, YOU can make a real impact by running in support of Stella’s Place.

Located in downtown Toronto, Stella’s Place provides free, inclusive, and barrier-free mental health programs tailored specifically for young adults. Traditional mental health services designed for adults don’t always meet the unique needs of young people, which is why Stella’s Place takes a different approach—combining evidence-based clinical care with peer support, creative expression, and skill-building programs. It’s innovative, collaborative, and, most importantly, it works.

How You Can Get Involved:

🏃 Run for Stella’s Place – Sign up and represent Stella's Place on race day!
💙 Donate – Sponsor a runner or a team to help Stella’s Place meet the growing demand for mental health services in Toronto—a need that has increased by 400% since COVID.
📢 Spread the Word – Share on your social media and encourage others to get involved.
