Help Caroline raise money

I’ve joined the Canada Cares team for the Yorkville Run on Sunday, September 20th. I’m going to run 5 km in record time to support a cause that is near and dear to my heart: families in need! Canada Cares is a program of the Canadian Abilities Foundation, a charity that supports individuals and families living with the challenges of disability, aging, and long-term medical conditions. Their One Wish Awards support equipment, personal care items, respite care, caregiver and parenting education and support programs, as well as a variety of other needs that are currently unmet by our provincial government’s health and social services programs. The work the Canada Cares team is doing truly makes a difference, and I hope you’ll help me step up to raise money for this organization.
