My Story…
In 2020 I was diagnosed with end stage kidney failure. With the excellent care of the Dialysis Clinic at Mackenzie Health, through their Hemo and Peritoneal dialysis programs, I was healthy enough to be eligible for a kidney transplant. The Transplant Team at Toronto General did an incredible job of performing the kidney transplant that would allow me to focus on life instead of my daily medical routine. I want to participate in this charity event to say, “Thank you”. This is not just for my transplant but for the transplant for my long time friend and those in the future.

I am participating in the Constantine Yorkville Run to raise funds for UHN Foundation, in support of the Centre for Living Organ Donation at UHN's Ajmera Transplant Centre. With your help, we can reach our fundraising goal and make a difference. Thank you in advance for your donation and support.
