Our story…

Since 2016, the Hope Run has been raising funds for Make-A-Wish Canada, granting wishes for children with life-threatening illnesses. Wishes aren't just nice - they're a critical part of a child's treatment plan.

Wishes Are Medicine - Make-A-Wish Canada

On average, it costs $10,000 to grant a wish. So far, we have raised $445,000. The goal for 2026 is simple - reach $500,000, granting 50 wishes for children in the program.

And to make this happen, for the 10th anniversary of the run, the Hope Run will be making its Toronto debut at the Constantine Yorkville 5k!

We are truly grateful for all support we receive. It really makes a difference in the lives of children who got dealt a pretty unfair hand in life. It will be a great day with food, music and fun and we can't wait to see you there!
