My Story…
Years ago, I did the Susan B. Komen Foundation Walk out in San Diego - a crazy, hilly 60 mile walk over 3 days, right before my 40th birthday. I am not quiet at my 60th, but I wanted to kick off 2026 with the goal of 175 kilometers for another great cause - the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). I have recently passed the 100k milestone and making my way to the 175k finish line!
Why RMHC? RMHC provides a home away from home for families with critically ill or injured children, offering free or low-cost lodging, meals, and support services near hospitals. With over 380 locations worldwide, they allow families to stay together and reduce financial burdens. Please support me and these wonderful children and their families by helping me exceed my fundraising goal for the Alpha Delta Pi Diamond Dash to 175k!
ADPi is celebrating its 175th anniversary this year, so, in honor of its birthday, I am looking to raise at least $1,851 - the year of the sorority's inception. Look for me walking through the neighborhood March 1st - May 15th! Most likely, I won't stop there!
