Raise money for Cape Abilities

Founded in 1968, Cape Abilities is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to support individuals with disabilities by educating, counseling, providing residential, social, therapeutic and employment supports so as to empower individuals to achieve meaningful and valued roles in our community. The organization serves all of Cape Cod and has its main program center in Hyannis, and operates two social enterprises, Cape Abilities Farm in Dennis and Cape Abilities Thrift in West Yarmouth.
