Description

Imagine if you could change the life of a teen by lacing up your shoes, and going for a run. 

At Dreamfar, we make life-changing opportunities for teens possible through the unique combination of mentorship, and a running program that opens up doors to what is possible. Founded in 2008, Dreamfar is a nonprofit organization based in Newton, Massachusetts that uses mentorship and running to create an inclusive, noncompetitive community where teens build confidence, resilience, and the skills to pursue their goals.

During the 2025-2026 season Dreamfar has engaged with 82 students from six Greater Boston high schools who chose to practice after school and on Saturdays to prepare for an end of season event of their choosing. Since 2008 Dreamfar has served over 1,500 high student mentees.
