My Story…
This year, I’m honored to lace up not just as a runner, but as a Team Captain, Executive Director, and woman celebrating 7 years of recovery .
On Sunday, August 16, I’ll be running the Falmouth Road Race with heart, purpose, and deep gratitude alongside an incredible to support the life-changing work of Recovery Without Walls.
Recovery Without Walls is celebrating 20 years & was built on a simple but powerful belief: healing should be accessible, holistic, and rooted in community. Every day, we provide free services to individuals navigating substance use disorder (SUD), PTSD, anxiety, depression, and trauma — meeting people exactly where they are, without barriers.
Now, we are entering an exciting new chapter.
We are expanding, growing our footprint on Cape Cod and in Portland, Maine and developing a new facility that will allow us to deepen our impact, reach more individuals, and strengthen our partnerships with local organizations.
This growth means more access, and more opportunities for people to heal .
Our holistic services include:
❤️ Acupuncture (NADA Protocol) – supporting nervous system regulation, stress relief, and recovery
🧘♀️ Meditation & Mindfulness – creating space for grounding, clarity, and emotional balance
🌿 Yoga, Dance & Shadow-work Therapy – trauma-informed movement specifically designed for women in recovery
🤝 Women’s Recovery Network – safe, empowering community spaces for connection and support
💰Fiancial assistance for individual needs
📚Education opportunities and support
These services are offered completely free of charge because we believe recovery should never depend on someone’s ability to pay.
But we can’t do this alone.
As I take on this race, I’m asking for your support not just for me, but for every individual who will walk through our doors seeking hope, healing, and community.
💙 Please consider making a donation to help us reach our $80,000 goal and continue expanding access to these critical services.
💙 Share this mission with your network.

Thank you for being part of this movement ❤️❤️❤️
