My Story…
Hi! Me again!
I’m (obviously) supporting Mental Health Collaborative, an organization that provides education, support, and resources to people navigating their mental health journeys. And if I’m being honest, this isn’t just something I care about… it’s something I’ve lived.
This past year has been the biggest challenge in nearly every facet of my life. I lost a lot of people I never thought I would, myself included. I wasn’t taking care of myself or my mental health. Mental health isn’t always visible, but it is always real.
Where I lost support, I gained it back tenfold. At first, that support helped me survive. Some weeks, I was in therapy three times. But then it started to do more, it helped me rebuild. It helped me keep going, even on the days that felt impossible.
That’s why this matters so much to me.
Everyone deserves access to support. Everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and equipped with the tools to navigate their mental health. Organizations like Mental Health Collaborative make that possible.
If you’re able to donate, share, or even just take a moment to learn more, it truly means more than you know.
And if you’re someone who is struggling, quietly or loudly. I see you. You are not alone in this, even if it feels like it.
If you made it this far, thank you for being here, for caring, and for helping me support something that has truly changed my life.
