Mental health is an important topic to me. Although I have seen much growth in our society, mental health is still far too often overlooked in our homes, our schools, and our day-to-day lives. I believe that by building mental health literacy and normalizing the conversations, lives can be saved. Quality of life can improve. No one should have to suffer in silence.
