My Story…
I’m running this race in support of families navigating a cancer diagnosis, a cause that has become deeply personal to me. Watching someone you love face cancer changes everything. It affects not just the person diagnosed, but the entire family- emotionally, physically, and in ways you never fully anticipate.
This race is my way of turning love, fear, and hope into action. Every donation helps support families during an incredibly overwhelming chapter of their lives, offering care and resources when they’re needed most.

Marisa's Mission is dedicated to providing financial assistance to patients who are battling cancer. Marisa's Mission has awarded over $1.6 million in grants, helping with transportation to treatments, home assistance, patient and family support, medication, medical equipment, special family trips, caregiving, oncofertility, and alternative therapies.
