My Story…
Hi everyone!!
I'm so excited to be running the Falmouth Road Race this year in support of the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts!
From both an academic and personal standpoint, the values of this organization are incredibly important to me. Their mission is to advance awareness, treatment, and education of brain injuries, as well as improve the quality of life for those affected by them.
As a recent graduate of the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at UMass Amherst, I plan to continue pursuing a career in psychology and neuroscience, with a special interest in research focused on brain injuries and neurological diseases. I’ve also have experienced firsthand how uncertain and overwhelming a brain injury can be, which is why supporting others affected by these life-changing conditions was my goal when searching for an organization to run for.
Any dollar donated would mean sooooo much to me! Thank you for helping me support such an amazing organization!

The purpose of the organization is to educate the public on the risk and impact of brain injury, to promote programs that educate and prevent those injuries, to advocate for improved legislation, and to offer support and resources to individuals with brain injuries, their caregivers, and their families.
Together, we are the VOICE OF BRAIN INJURY!
