My Story…
I’m raising awareness and support for Marissa’s Mission, an organization that provides financial assistance to families fighting cancer. This is something very close to my heart. I’ve seen firsthand just how overwhelming the financial burden can be while battling this awful disease. Watching my mom go through her fight with pancreatic cancer opened my eyes to the countless expenses families face—on top of everything else they’re carrying emotionally and physically.
I’ll be running the Falmouth Road Race in August and have committed to raising $2,000. No one should have to choose between treatment and financial stability, and Marissa Mission helps ease that burden so families can focus on what truly matters: healing and time together.

Marisa's Mission has awarded over $1.6 million in grants, helping with transportation to treatments, home assistance, patient and family support, medication, medical equipment, special family trips, caregiving, oncofertility, and alternative therapies.
