A little bit about Old Colony Hospice...

Old Colony Hospice has been providing compassionate hospice and palliative care since 1979 and serves over 60 Massachusetts cities and towns.  

As a free-standing, non-profit, Medicare-certified, accredited healthcare organization, we rely on donations to help support our patient care programs and services not covered by insurance.  

Our group of talented nurses, social workers, counselors, volunteers, and hospice aides give their all 100% of the time to provide the very best quality end-of-life care for those patients and families in need.  From the moment you contact Old Colony Hospice, you will experience a uniquely personal approach that focuses on caring for patients and families in a specialized way.

Time is a precious gift that we all wish we had more of … with your support, we can continue to provide compassionate hospice care to our patients and their families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year.
