My Story…
This year, I’m running the Falmouth Road Race on Cape Cod to raise money for Recovery Without Walls, a cause that is deeply personal to me.
As a woman in recovery, I know firsthand that sobriety is about so much more than stopping substances. It’s about rebuilding a life after addiction, trauma, and mental health struggles — and no one should have to do that alone. For women especially, having a supportive, judgment-free community can be life-changing.
Recovery Without Walls creates safe spaces where women feel seen, supported, and connected — the very things that make long-term recovery possible. Local community support matters. Connection matters. Feeling understood matters.
I’m running to support women who are doing the brave work of healing and rebuilding their lives, and to help ensure that no woman has to walk the recovery journey without support.
Thank you for being part of this community and for supporting recovery — without walls
