My Story…
As a runner, the ability to breathe deeply and move freely is something I never take for granted. As a physical therapist, I’m passionate about helping people move, heal, and live fully. That’s why I’m running the Falmouth Road Race with the American Lung Association team this year for a second time!
I run in honor of my grandfather who passed away from lung cancer. He is my inspiration that fuels my passion for running.
The ability to take a deep breath, to walk, to run — these are gifts. Supporting lung health isn’t just personal for me; it’s part of my life’s work.
Because every mile matters. Because every breath matters. Because we can make a difference together.
