My Story....
I am running for FSHD Society in honor of my uncle, Billy Michael, who was the first person to be diagnosed with FSHD as a child. His father and my grandfather, Bill Michael, then founded the FSHD society to support research and find a cure. My goal is to continue their legacy and hard work! Help me achieve my fundraising goal and bring awareness to this important organization! 🧡
Description
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
I’m running with Team FSHD to support the FSHD Society and everyone living with facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD).
FSHD is a progressive muscle-wasting disease, and it affects entire families—not just the person diagnosed. That’s why I’m choosing to show up, put in the miles, and ask for support. Every donation to my page helps accelerate research toward treatments and a cure, while also strengthening programs that support and empower individuals and families today.
If you’re able to give, thank you. Your support means more than a number—it’s hope, progress, and a reminder that no one has to face FSHD alone.
