My Story…
As someone who grew up on the Cape I have a deep appreciation for those who preserve our region's natural environment. I have found the team at Native Land Conservancy to be a dedicated group of people who work hard to restore balance to the land they steward for generations to come. In addition to their work in Massachusetts, NLC also partners with Indigenous groups across the country to restore Native Peoples' access to lands their Ancestors took care of for thousands of years. Please join me in supporting NLC's mission during the 2026 Falmouth Road Race. Any amount is greatly appreciated (and will give me the motivation to run up hills in August) Thank You!
Description
The Native Land Conservancy is an Indigenous-led land conservation nonprofit. Our board members come from a variety of Native American tribal communities. Our relationship with the earth is one that is familial and seeks to preserve land for future generations. We accept the honor to protect, restore, and share land. Rescuing land creates shared space for humans and our non-human relatives, preserves millennia of cultural connections, provides a healthy way forward for all.
