My Story…

I started B FREE when I got sober. At the time there weren’t affordable accessible holistic and yoga experiences for folks that looked like me. It was a challenge to stay healthy. B FREE is not just about recovery from addiction but recovery from survival mode, anything that doesn’t serve the body, capitalism, colonization, white supremacy etc. we are here for those that have been lost along the way and can give them a safe place to land in their body. It saved my life- I am hoping the organization can save others as well.
