My Story…

Hi everyone, I am excited to announce once again that I'll be running the Falmouth Road Race in support of Tommy's Place. This will be my seventh Falmouth, and my third running with this awesome team.

Tommy's Place is a foundation that generously gifts memorable Cape Cod vacations to children battling cancer and their families. This cause is especially meaningful to me, as we lost my cousin Patrick White to Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare form of childhood cancer, in 2005. 

I also run in support of my close friend Dylan McClorey, who is currently battling cancer for the third time. Despite his condition, Dylan continues to inspire the people around him every day.

Pat and Dylan both motivate me to live life intentionally, and with gratitude. 

Together we can brighten the days of these kids who too have fought so hard. Your support means the world, and I can't wait to run with the team this summer. Thank you and Let's Go!

Tommy's Place Provides Over 100 Free Vacations Per Year on Cape Cod!

Tommy's Place owns and operates two 10+ bedroom year-round magical vacation homes for kids fighting cancer.  The homes are located in Falmouth and Centerville on Cape Cod. One family at a time, along with their extended family and friends, visits for a one week, free of charge, dream vacation to relax, make memories and most importantly have FUN!

Tommy's Place homes are equipped with inground swimming pools, game rooms, movie theatres, home taverns, arts + crafts rooms, music rooms, chef's kitchens, and much, much more.  A magical experience for the entire family! 
 
Since opening in July of 2021, nearly 300 families have vacationed at one of the Tommy's Place homes. In 2024, Tommy's Place began offering 104 magical vacations per year at its two vacation homes. Tommy's Place receives guest referrals from 11 New England children's hospitals and all families are placed through a lottery system. Guests are aged 3-17, actively being treated for pediatric cancer, and living permanently and full-time in New England.
