HERE WE GO AGAIN!!! 

honestly, I keep running this race not because I like running ( because I really truly don’t) but because running for a cause that is so greater than myself is something that really speaks to me! This will be my third year running for Recovery Without walls a nonprofit organization to support women in recovery help to heal, grow and live purposely. This is something that is close to my heart as a substance use and mental health counselor working at Recovery Team Cape Cod. I work alongside this foundation weekly and I can say one thing for sure, our patients love the community at Recovery Without Walls! Whether it’s the space, the staff, or the overall feeling of being welcomed and supported, it is something that I truly would never shy away from helping on my end because I see this type of healing work every single day! Please think about supporting Recovery Without Walls and supporting me in my field and my journey to continuing bettering this population and myself as a counselor and most importantly, please consider cheering for me when you see me struggling probably by a mile four :)
