I'm running Falmouth again in support of the Matt Brown Foundation! I got back into running last year and managed to finish Falmouth for the first time - what can I say? The course and the seasonal weather may be a challenge but the support from the MBF team and the people of Falmouth have me excited to get back to that finish line. I have known Matt for so long - I remember the incredible community that came together to support him after his initial injury and am consistently in awe of of the way he has pivoted and expanded that community to pay it forward to help others with spinal cord injuries.
