Why I'm running for Mothers' Milk Bank Northeast

Description

Funds raised for Mothers' Milk Bank Northeast help to provide 1.5 million feedings annually for fragile infants. 

"When my son was born, I felt like a failure. He was born too early; I failed at keeping him safely inside of me. My milk wasn't in yet and I couldn't even feed my baby. Then I was offered donor milk, and it felt like a group of other moms suddenly stood up beside me saying, 'We got you, you don't have to do this alone.' I can't begin to tell you what a difference that made for me and my little guy." -- Ashley and her son Ben - Milk recipient family
