My Story…
When our family moved to Natick back in 2015, I heard about a rising nonprofit championing mental health and a culture of inclusion. Today, Spark Kindness is a mainstay in our community, providing resources and support to families at all stages of their journey.
Spark Kindness leads by example, creating curricula and hosting speakers who celebrate connection and belonging. One of Spark's goals is to prevent bullying, which is something I think we can all rally behind!
Even if you don't live in Natick, many of Spark Kindness' resources and speaking events are free and available to you too via Zoom.
I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to be running in this summer's Falmouth Road Race to support Spark Kindness. If you’re able to contribute, any amount truly helps. Thank you for supporting me—and for helping spread kindness!

At Spark Kindness, their mission is simple: to build a kind, resilient, and welcoming community where no one feels alone, bullied, unsupported, or unconnected.
Spark was founded in 2010 as a grassroots effort to prevent bullying and cyberbullying. Today, Spark is a community of 9,000+ members! They provide free, accessible educational programs and resources focused on bullying prevention, mental health, and overall well-being. Spark builds awareness around issues and creates positive partnerships that equip families, schools, and communities with the tools to build resilience, foster connection, and create kinder, safer environments for all.
