Hi everyone! My name is Stella and I'm currently a sophomore nursing student at Northeastern. My passion for mental health advocacy really started when I was in high school and has only continued to grow since I've been in college and began to work in the healthcare field (I'm currently doing an internship working in the trauma and surgical ICU at Brigham & Women's Hospital!), and seeing how often and easily healthcare providers' mental health struggles can be overlooked.
I'm so excited to be able to run Falmouth for mental health advocacy and rights, aligning with the wonderful mission of AFSP, and I'm looking forward to being a part of this amazing group!

Description
The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide, including those who have experienced a loss. AFSP creates a culture that's smart about mental health through public education and community programs, develops suicide prevention through research and advocacy, and provides support for those affected by suicide.
