Help Michael raise money

Turns out puns with "five" in them are hard to come up with, might need a hand. We're running the 54th Falmouth road Race!

After much deliberation (between my schedule and my body), I am lucky enough to announce that I will be running in the 54th Annual Falmouth Road Race on August 16th, 2026! After completing this historic race with my uncle in 2022 and the dust cloud of a friend (whom runs for real) in 2023, I took to the hills of Woods Hole by myself the last two years, discovering just how much my body is willing to take. I was able to push myself last year with the in-person support of family cheering me on, so let's hope I can convince them to fight the traffic one more time. As always, I have committed to running seven miles to raise funds for an awesome, local non-profit, Moving Forward Inc.

Moving Forward Inc is a nonprofit organization making a difference in lives of very bright individuals needing social integration support. Servicing individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities and anxiety issues, this is a special place where members are surrounded by peers and treated with respect while working hard to meet goals. This year, funds raised will go towards building the walls, roof and screened-in windows for the outdoor gazebo activity space! Previous victories for this fundraising team include: defraying some of the cost associated with new windows (2022), purchasing of a 12-person van (2023), enabling the growth of Moving Forward's program space for activities (2024), and a new foundation for an outdoor gazebo activity space (2025).

I've had the pleasure of planning projects and serving with the Moving Forward team in the past, and there is NO non-profit I'd rather be supporting with this effort!
