Description

At B FREE Wellness, we believe healing is communal and that everyone deserves access to care, regardless of their circumstances. Our organization was founded to address the gap in accessible, trauma-informed wellness services on Cape Cod. We have created spaces where individuals and families can heal without financial barriers. What began as a grassroots effort to bring yoga and mindfulness into underserved communities has grown into a network of free programs supporting youth, families, and individuals navigating stress, trauma, and life’s challenges.

Today, B FREE integrates mental health, physical wellness, and holistic services to provide tools for self-regulation, connection, and resilience. From working with youth in challenging environments to offering community-based classes for families and frontline workers, our programs are designed to meet people where they are and support lasting well-being.

Your donation makes this work possible. With your support, we can continue to offer free, trauma-informed programs, expand our reach, and ensure that no one is turned away from the healing they deserve. Together, we are building a future where wellness is shared, healing is accessible, and every person feels free to belong and thrive.
