Help us raise funds to support Ellie Fund's mission

For years, Erin and Kristen have tackled the iconic Falmouth Road Race side by side. What started as a family tradition began with Erin’s very first race in 2000 at just 17 years old — in torrential rain, no less! Since then, the race has become about much more than crossing the finish line. It’s become a way to give back.

Last year, the duo proudly ran in support of the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition and blew past their fundraising goal, raising nearly $4,000 to support the fight against breast cancer.

This year, they’re back — and stronger than ever — with a new teammate joining the mission: Madyson! Together, the trio is running for the Ellie Fund, an incredible organization dedicated to supporting breast cancer patients and families in real, tangible ways during treatment.

For Erin, this cause is deeply personal. Breast cancer has touched her family in profound ways, including her mother, a remarkable two-time survivor. After undergoing preventative surgery herself in 2024, Erin gained firsthand insight into the emotional, physical, and financial challenges families face during treatment and recovery. That experience led her to the Ellie Fund, whose mission focuses on providing immediate, ground-level support to patients when they need it most.

Kristen and Madyson are proud to stand alongside Erin this year to help make a difference for families facing breast cancer. The Ellie Fund provides essential services such as grocery assistance, prepared and delivered meals, transportation to medical appointments, childcare, housekeeping, and integrative therapies — easing the burden on patients and their loved ones so they can focus on healing.

Together, Erin, Kristen, and Madyson are running not just for the finish line, but for hope, strength, and support for families who need it most.
